Storage in Selected Data Center: We store your templates in the data center you choose, if applicable. If you do not select a data center, we may host them in a data center of our choice.
Retention Policy: We generally keep your templates on our servers until you have not used them for a period of one (1) year, or until your subscription/license expires and is not renewed, whichever is sooner. After this time, we delete or securely destroy such templates.
5.2 Account-Related Data
We retain account information (such as your contact and billing information) as long as your account is active, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion of your personal information, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law, subject to any legal retention requirements.
5.3 Runtime Data
As noted in Section 2.4, we do not retain the data you send for the real-time execution of templates, except for brief, temporary periods needed to perform your requested operations or as otherwise required by law.
